Larry Ryckman, President &

Mr. Ryckman is the founder, President & CEO of MyStudio, Inc. and MyStudio Audio
Labs, Inc., both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Studio One Media, Inc.
He is an award-winning entrepreneur and executive with notable achievements in
the entertainment, high technology and sports industries. He previously served as
President and CEO of American Artists, Inc., a diversified film, video and music
production and distribution company; as owner and President of the Calgary Stampeder
Football Club of the CFL; and was co-founder, President and CEO of QSound, Ltd.
which develops proprietary sound technologies for the entertainment industry. During
Mr. Ryckman's tenure, QSound grew from a start-up to a NASDAQ-listed, internationally
recognized entertainment technology company with leading music artists such as Madonna,
Sting and Michael Jackson utilizing its patented audio technologies. As QSound's
CEO, he completed licensing and joint venture agreements with multi-national corporations
such as Polygram, Nintendo, JVC, Coca Cola, and NEC.

Ken Pinckard, General Counsel

Mr. Pinckard is a member of the State Bar of Arizona with extensive experience in
corporate finance, startup ventures, investments, entertainment, corporate acquisitions,
tax and reorganizations. He previously practiced law at Chamberlain Hrdlicka White
Johnson & Williams of Houston, Texas and also served as a tax specialist at Coopers
& Lybrand in both Houston and Philadelphia. He also served as in-house legal counsel
for Congressman Barry Goldwater and Hormel Foods heir and music composer, Geordie
Hormel. Mr. Pinckard holds a B.B.A., Accounting from the University of Texas at
Austin and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston.

Shelly Yakus, Senior Vice President - Audio Engineering

Mr. Yakus is a renowned music producer, audio engineer/mixer, and recording studio
designer and is considered one of the best engineers and mixers in the music industry.
He has engineered and mixed recordings for some of the world's best known artists
including John Lennon, Stevie Nicks, Alice Cooper, Van Morrison, Tom Petty, Dire
Straits, Blue Oyster Cult, Bob Seger, Amy Grant, Don Henley, U2 and Madonna. Known
as "Golden Ears," he is also widely respected for his expertise in recording studio
design and acoustics. Mr. Yakus co-designed, equipped, and supervised construction
of the industry leading A&M Records music recording studios in Los Angeles and served
as vice-president of A&M Studios from 1985-1995. He was previously Vice President
of the Record Plant recording studios in New York and a partner at Tongue and Groove
Studios in Philadelphia. The music that Mr. Yakus has engineered, produced, or mixed
has grossed over a billion dollars in sales, and in 1999 he was nominated for induction
into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Mr. Yakus' career and accomplishments are widely
covered in publications such as Rolling Stone, Mix Magazine, Audio Engineer,
and Spin.

Tim Grubb, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Grubb has spent much of his career working with remote and distributed computing
services and technology companies along with wide ranging multimedia development.
Prior to joining Studio One, he was a founding member and CTO of OnDigital Media
and led the development of its award winning KnowledgeBox product. Mr. Grubb held
positions with Pearson Education including Vice President of Pearson Digital Learning,
Senior Director of Architecture and Senior Director of Special Projects. In 2005,
his team developed the first ever digital textbook to be formally adopted through
the textbook adoption process. Currently millions of students in the US, UK and
Singapore use educational and edutainment products created by Mr. Grubb's teams.

Anna King, Vice President - Licensing & Artist Relations
Ms. King comes to Studio One after spending the past six years with EMI Music Publishing.
Starting at EMI as an Assistant to the Senior Director of Creative Administration,
she quickly advanced to Senior Manager of Music Resources and Licensing. From 2006
to 2008, she handled New Media, Video, Karaoke, and Commercial Licensing, helping
EMI double its annual sales in each of these sectors. During that time, she was
chosen to represent the Licensing Department as a speaker on New Media licensing
at EMI's Worldwide Managing Directors Conference in New York. In 2008, Ms. King
assumed responsibility for the Product Licensing sector. She previously worked for
Right Track Recording (now Legacy) booking and invoicing sessions. Ms. King received
a Bachelor of Arts from Anderson University.

Matt Long, Vice President - Video Production and Engineering

Emmy Award winner Mr. Long has enjoyed an extensive career as a producer, director,
editor, director of photography and writer for television, feature film and video
productions. Mr. Long is responsible for developing, producing and managing the
video technology and content for Studio One Media's interactive studios and related
television production. He is also responsible for all print and on-line graphics
for MyStudio.net and the creation of Mystudio's custom virtual backgrounds.

Anna Madrid, Vice President - Media & Communications

Prior to joining Studio One, Ms. Madrid enjoyed a twelve year career in marketing
and corporate strategic partnerships where she successfully created and managed
partnerships with local, regional, and national companies. She is responsible for
the ongoing management of key partnerships such as The GRAMMY Foundation and Mark
Burnett Productions and for the creation, development, and management of MyStudio's
contests.

Tony Vicich, Director of Comedy
Tony Vicich comes to Studio One with over twenty five years experience in the standup
comedy industry. From 1986 through 2000, he toured full time as a professional standup
comic, playing major clubs throughout the world and appeared on top television shows.
During that time he also owned comedy clubs, produced television shows, major live
events, and wrote for some of the top comics in the country. Since 2000, Mr. Vicich
has ran one of the most successful comedy development programs in the nation. He
has seen many of his protégés go from initial workshops to performances on The Jimmy
Kimmel Show, Craig Ferguson, and Last Comic Standing. As a personal manager, he
works with top comedy artists.
