THE X FACTOR AUDITIONS AT MYSTUDIO ARE BACK!
The X Factor! The World's biggest singing competition is back and Simon Cowell is reaching across America in search of the next Global Superstar! Solo singers, vocal groups and anyone who is at least 12 years old will have the chance to win a $5 million recording contract with Syco/Sony Music.
Simon Cowell and The X Factor have once again partnered with MyStudio to exclusively bring you state-of-the-art recording studios where you can record your audition video and showcase your talents from locations across America! MyStudio will be hosting auditions 7 days a week in Honolulu, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Nashville, New England and The New York Metropolitan area.
You can record your X Factor audition video at any MyStudio location and submit it directly into the competition right at the studio. MyStudio recording engineers are available at each studio to assist you with all aspects of your audition and submission.
And because MyStudio's will be open for auditions an average of 11 hours a day for several weeks, you can plan your auditions around work and school schedules.
You can also record practice videos at any MyStudio now through the end of the X
MyStudio-The X Factor finalists will advance directly to a "Judges Audition" round where they will perform live before Simon Cowell and The X Factor judges and a studio audience of thousands. Many X Factor finalists were discovered last season through MyStudio auditions including Simon Cowell's top three girl finalist "Drew".
MyStudio is a self-contained, state-of-the-art, audio/video recording studio that offers true studio-quality audio recording and HD broadcast-quality video providing auditioners with an easy and convenient way to record a professional video audition, in a private recording studio environment.
HERE'S HOW TO AUDITION AT MYSTUDIO FOR THE X FACTOR!
Go to any MyStudio location to create your audition video. If you are under 18 years of age, you are required to have a parent or guardian present for your audition.
Prior to creating your audition video and in order to enter The X Factor auditions, you will be required to provide personal information and agree to the terms of a personal release form,
and if applicable, provide a guardian release form. Forms will be available at each MyStudio audition location. Do not wear green clothing to your audition as MyStudio uses Hollywood style green-screen video technology. DO NOT WEAR CLOTHING OR HATS WITH VISIBLE LOGOS.
A MyStudio representative will assist you in setting up your audition video session. You will then watch a short video message inside the studio from Simon Cowell explaining exactly what to do. You will have approximately two (2:00) minutes of recording time which includes thirty (:30) seconds (or 2 minutes for groups) to describe why you think you have The X Factor and one minute and thirty (1:30) seconds to perform an a Capella music recording. A countdown monitor inside the studio will show you how much time you have.
When your recording is complete it will automatically be processed and submitted for review. You will receive an email confirming your audition was successfully submitted.
MyStudio-The X Factor finalists will advance directly to a "Judges Round" where contestants will perform live before The X Factor judges at locations to be determined. You will be contacted by a series producer if you have been selected to advance to a "Judges Round".

The show delivered a 12% share of viewing among adults between the ages of 18 and 49, and was watched by an average of 12.6 million viewers, winning the night on most occasions.
